The terms governing use of our website and our services. The general terms apply to every client; each service then has its own section.
These apply to every client and every service.
By accessing emperorassistants.com or engaging Emperor Assistants LLC ("Emperor Assistants," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Emperor Assistants provides two services: Operations systems (workflow design, automation implementation, system integration, monitoring and managed operations) and Front-Office support (live call answering, scheduling coordination, inbox and CRM operations, and administrative support). The specific scope, pricing, and conditions of service delivery are governed by the signed Client Service Agreement between Emperor Assistants and the client. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement governs.
Our services are available to business entities and individuals operating legitimate businesses. By engaging our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
Fees are as described in the applicable service package or Client Service Agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required systems and credentials, and reasonable cooperation necessary for service delivery. Emperor Assistants is not liable for service failures resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
Emperor Assistants treats all client business information, customer data, and operational details as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary methods, systems, or materials provided by Emperor Assistants as confidential.
Emperor Assistants is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from service delivery shall not exceed two months of fees paid by the client in the period immediately preceding the claim.
Emperor Assistants does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead conversion rates, or business results. We provide operational support — results depend on factors outside our control.
All content on emperorassistants.com — including text, design, graphics, scripts, and systems — is the property of Emperor Assistants LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Emperor Assistants and its personnel operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms or any service agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Emperor Assistants and any client or third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
These apply to operations assessments, implementation projects and managed operations retainers.
The assessment is a fixed one-time fee, paid before the assessment begins. The fee is credited in full against implementation if the client proceeds within 60 days of receiving the proposal. Single-workflow projects may be quoted after a free scoping call without an assessment.
Implementation is a fixed price set from the assessment and stated in the proposal. Payment follows the milestone schedule in the proposal. Changes to scope are written and priced separately before they are built.
The managed operations retainer, or a single-workflow care plan, starts at go-live and is billed monthly in advance. It may be cancelled with 60 days' written notice. The automation stops when the retainer ends unless the client buys the system out under the terms of the Client Service Agreement. Client data and records remain the client's property.
Assessment fees, implementation payments, and any paid monthly fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Client Service Agreement.
These apply to the Starter, Part-time, Standard and Full support plans.
Each plan includes a set number of support hours per calendar month. Unused hours do not roll over. There is no setup fee. Optional 24/7 call coverage is available as an add-on.
Monthly support fees are billed in advance.
Support plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Services continue through the end of the current billing cycle following notice. Paid monthly fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Client Service Agreement.
